- Honda Elevate -:
Honda Elevate will be available for sale in the country by next month. It will compete with Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara, Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyrider, Volkswagen Taigun, Skoda Kushaq, MG Astor and other cars in its segment in the Indian market.
Honda Elevate will be available with a 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine with two transmission options – 6-speed MT and CVT. It comes with a new 10-inch touchscreen infotainment screen, semi-digital instrument console, single-pane sunroof and ADAS technology.
- Citroen C3 Aircross -:
If you are planning to a 7-seater SUV, then Citroen C3 Aircross can be beneficial for you. Citroen will launch the C3 Aircross SUV in India by September 2023. Built on the platform of a modified incarnation of the C3 platform, the C3 Aircross gets bold styling, increased space on the inside and more importantly, a powerful road presence.
The new model will be available in a single variant and in 5-seater and 7-seater layouts. The 7-seater variant will have removable seats in the third row. It has a 1.2-litre 3-cylinder turbo petrol engine.
This engine generates 110 bhp power and 190 Nm torque, which is paired with a 6-speed gearbox. it gives ARAI certified mileage of 18.5 kmpl.
- Toyota Rumion -:
Another 7-seater car in this list is Toyota Rumion. Recently introduced in India, the Maruti Suzuki Ertiga-based Rumion MPV will be launched in the country by next month. On the basis of look, some changes will be seen in it so that it can look different from Ertiga.
The radiator grille is new along with the new bumper, and the alloy wheels also come with a fresh design. Except for the Toyota logo, there will be no changes to the interior.
- Tata Punch EV -:
Tata Motors is also preparing to launch Punch EV with similar architecture to Tiago EV. The electric version of Punch is expected to be launched before the end of this year.
It will be based on the Sigma platform, which is basically a heavily modified version of the Punch hatchback. It is expected to have a 24 kWh battery pack with a range of approximately 300 km on a single charge. Punch EV will compete with cars like Citroen eC3.
- Tata Nexon Facelift -:
There is a lot of discussion about this car. The Nexon facelift, recently seen during an ad shoot, is ready to go on sale in the Indian market. Although it was initially expected to hit the market by the end of this year, new pictures indicate that the domestic brand will launch it during the festive season only.
Tata Motors may launch the new Nexon compact SUV during the festive season, possibly around September to October. The new model has been spotted testing several times on Indian roads. It comes with an all-new interior with significant design changes and a new turbo petrol engine.
It gets a new 1.2-litre 3-cylinder turbo petrol engine. This engine generates power of 125 PS and torque of 225 Nm. The SUV is also expected to get a dual-clutch automatic gearbox.
The styling of the new Tata Nexon is inspired by the New Curve SUV Coupe Concept. Inside the cabin, the new Nexon gets a new 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment screen with wireless connectivity, twin-spoke steering wheel and a digital instrument console.
